Vegan food blogs are doing their best to make it easier for people to eat healthy, says co-founder and founder of vegan blog The Vegan Table, Rebecca DeNardo.
However, she says she’s not completely happy with the situation.
“I think the biggest issue is that a lot of vegan blogs are catering to people who don’t eat meat.
And the vegan food bloggers are the ones who are catering.
It’s a lot harder for people with meat-eating disorders to find food, and it’s just not really fair for them,” DeNardos says.
“The vegan food blogs have a whole lot of time and energy dedicated to promoting veganism, and they’re doing their absolute best to be more compassionate and helpful to people with eating disorders.”
DeNando says she’d like to see the vegan community more inclusive.
“One of the biggest things we want to see is a greater level of inclusion.
We don’t want to be the last one left out,” she says.
DeNello says she thinks vegan food blogging will continue to grow, as people learn about veganism and find ways to eat healthily.
“And I think that’s something we need to keep pushing for.” “
There are so many people who are vegan who are not aware that there are many more options for eating vegan,” she said.
“And I think that’s something we need to keep pushing for.”
